Return & Refund Policy

At Rifia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@rifia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rifia.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in case of defects or damage. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at support@rifia.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened beauty or skincare products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rifia.com.
