Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship through our trusted fulfillment partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying minimum value — check the current promotion banner on our website for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rifia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Rifia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Customs & International Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
